Abstract [English v.]: 
The paper looks into the notion of market power in the history of economic thought. It deals with the historical reconstruction of the definition of the sources of market power, and looks at the writings of some economists belonging to the Italian marginalist school (Antonio de Viti de Marco and Maffeo Pantaleoni), who in the 1890s took Italy into a leading position in the world, and whose thought plays an important role in the issue under investigation.
